FAQ

Frequently asked questions

Grouped by what people usually need: before your visit, insurance and billing, and services.

Section 1

Before Your Visit

Do I need an appointment?

No. All three Express Family Care clinics are walk-in. Arrive during posted hours and you will be seen — no appointment or referral required.

What should I bring?

A photo ID, your insurance card if you have one, a list of current medications, and any paperwork your employer or school needs completed.

When should I go to the emergency room instead?

Call 911 or go to the nearest emergency department for chest pain, difficulty breathing, stroke symptoms, severe bleeding, major trauma, or any condition you believe is life-threatening.

Can you treat children?

Yes. We provide pediatric care for infants, children, and teens, including fevers, ear infections, sore throats, rashes, and minor injuries.

Section 2

Insurance & Billing

Do you accept insurance?

We accept most major insurance plans. Because plan networks change, call the clinic you plan to visit to confirm your specific plan before your visit.

What if I do not have insurance?

We offer transparent cash-pay pricing so self-pay patients know the cost of a visit up front. See our pricing page for details.

How do I pay my bill?

Bills can be paid online through InstaMed using the Pay Bill Online link in the site footer, or in person at any clinic.

Section 3

Services

Do you have x-ray on site?

Yes. All locations offer on-site lab testing and digital x-ray, so most patients are diagnosed and treated in a single visit.

Can you do work-related injury care?

Yes. We handle workers' compensation injuries, drug screening, DOT physicals, and return-to-work exams. Employers can request information through our Employer Services page.

Do you provide sports and school physicals?

Yes, on a walk-in basis. Bring your school or league form and we will complete it during the visit.
