Know the cost before you're treated
Self-pay patients get a clear price for the visit up front, and anything added to that visit is quoted before it happens. Current rates are posted at each clinic and available by phone.

Discounted cash prices
Patients choose their payment method at the time of service (during check-in), either billing through insurance or paying cash. Once this selection is made, it cannot be changed.
Tier I — Basic
$189
A general visit with one of our providers, along with one or ALL of these tests as needed: flu, Covid, RSV, strep, urinalysis, mono, pregnancy, and blood glucose.
Suitable for conditions such as general illnesses, colds, ear infections, sinusitis, sore throats, rashes, and urinary tract infections.
Tier II — Intermediate
$239
A more comprehensive evaluation or treatment, which includes all Tier I tests plus x-rays, injections, EKG, or nebulizer treatments.
Tier III — Advanced
$329
For visits that require a procedure or more extensive testing.

Please note that we do not offer annual wellness exams or foster parent physical exams. *College physicals do not include lab work or vaccinations.
Using insurance
We accept most major insurance plans. Many of our physicians and staff bring years of experience from emergency departments, allowing us to offer top-notch medical care — often at a much lower cost than local ERs. Call the clinic you plan to visit to confirm your specific plan.
Paying your bill
Balances can be paid online through InstaMed using the Pay Bill Online link in the footer, or in person at any clinic. Billing questions are answered through our contact form or by calling your clinic directly.
