Urgent Care

Urgent care for the things that can't wait a week

Fevers, sore throats, sprains, cuts, infections, and the sudden problems that land between your primary care office and the emergency room. We treat all of it, same day.

What to expect

One visit, start to finish

Most patients are diagnosed and treated without being sent elsewhere for imaging or labs.

1

Walk in

Arrive during posted hours with a photo ID and your insurance card if you have one. No appointment or referral is needed.

2

Be evaluated

A provider takes your history, examines you, and orders any testing needed — lab work and x-ray are done in the clinic.

3

Leave with a plan

You go home with a diagnosis, treatment started, prescriptions sent, and clear instructions on what should improve and when to return.

When to go elsewhere

Urgent care is not an emergency room

Call 911 or go to the nearest emergency department for chest pain, trouble breathing, stroke symptoms, uncontrolled bleeding, head injury with confusion, or major trauma. We will direct you there immediately if your exam calls for it.

Ready when you are

Walk in and be seen today.

Bonsack, Cave Spring, and Westlake — physician-led urgent care with lab and x-ray on site.
